Bevo is a Great Place to
Work, Live and Play
About Bevo
Many people know us for the Bevo Mill. What they often don’t realize is that there is a thriving business and residential community that surrounds it. It is attracting many families and businesses and growing in popularity among St. Louis neighborhoods. We pride ourselves as being a walkable, livable, workable community.
Our area offers unique services, restaurants and entertainment venues, and a wonderful residential community second to none. Our businesses are often small, eclectic, and family-run, and their owners often live in our community. We are growing and attracting the coolest businesses to our district.
The Bevo Community Improvement District is committed to bettering our community, making improvements that will benefit both residents and businesses. We are working to make Bevo one of the greatest districts in the St. Louis region.
Discover why so many people are engaging with our community and starting businesses here, and find out what we have to offer.
Are You Considering Bevo?
Are you considering purchasing a property or renting a storefront within the Bevo CID? For the districts success the CID has developed and passed a Special Use District (SUD) through the St. Louis Board of Aldermen a listing of businesses that are not allowed and businesses that need a public hearing for conditional use.
Please also consider that rules have been established regarding window coverings, outdoor lighting and building height. Take a look at the links provided to do some research before you finalize your lease or purchase.
